Enjoy Personal Training Info & Costs

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) – All the Personal Trainers at New Life Training will be challenged to achieve a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).  The main KPI is that of client goal achievement.

Each client will be set an agreed goal at their consultation, this will be reviewed after 10 sessions and will effect the Personal Trainers KPI score.

They will be wanting you to achieve your goals just as much as you!!! We currently boast 86% of our clients achieved their goals. This compares to just 5% for normal Gym members!!

However, should something go wrong and you miss your goal target we will give you 10 FREE CLASSES AT ENJOY, to help you catch up and get back on track!!

We also deliver Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) which is a very efficient method of receiving all the benefits of having a Personal Trainer but sharing the price with a few friends. You can find out more about our SGPT here.
