Running Club Info & Costs

New Life Training set up the Warsash Running Club in 2010. The running club is fully insured through Run England as it boasts 2 UKA qualified Leaders in Running Fitness who are there to support new and established runners.  The club regularly enter local competitions – 5k, 10k and half-marathons. However, each year the main event will be the Great South Run. We already have people committed to run the Great South Run this year, so why not join us?

Each run includes expert advice, coaching, motivation, fun, social factor and a pre-mapped route. Where possible Heart Rate training zones will be determined to ensure you gain the greatest amount of benefit from each run.

Each session has a choice of 3 levels (distances) dependent on your experience. If you have never run before we have a beginners group which will encourage running participation through walking and running initially until you build your fitness, confidence and stamina. After each session your time and speed will be posted on our running club blog, so you can compare your success week on week.
