New Life Training have a superb track record of training people up for running events. Successes in the Great South Run over the last 3 years and the London Marathon last year have shown that a detailed training plan can prove very successful, whether it is just to complete the distance or to achieve a personal best time. With this in mind New Life Training have put together an 8 week Personal Training run preparation course for just £300. This has worked for several people in the lead up to this years Great South Run and London Marathon and so has been expanded to allow people to increase their running endurance and/or speed on an 8 week course.
The course includes –
· Understanding your heart rate zones and how they can help you improve performance
· Plyometric training to increase speed, strength and power in your legs
· Training the energy systems in your body that will make a difference in your running
· PNF stretching after each session to ensure your flexibility increases and reduce the risk of injury
· Structured and reviewed homework provided to ensure you progress is on tracking
